Lack of Sleep Leads to Weight Gain Within No Time

Researchers at the University of Colorado Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory are reporting that lack of sleep for even one workweek leads to overeating and weight gain among people. The researchers conducted a study in which 16 healthy adults were allowed to sleep for just 5 hours per day over a normal workweek.
